A management review application that connects preparation, presentation, decisions and follow-up. Evidence stays beside the discussion, with a clear record of what was agreed and who owns the next step.
01 · Challenge
A formal management review can spread across slide decks, evidence files and meeting notes. The challenge was to keep the evidence, the conversation and the agreed actions connected, while giving the facilitator and the people in the room the views they need.
02 · Solution
I designed and built a review workflow with organisation setup, agenda preparation, evidence context and private facilitator prompts. A separate presenter view supports the meeting, while decisions, action owners and due dates are recorded against each topic. Closeout brings the record together, with archive, export and workspace backup tools.

The working application carries a review from preparation through to a retained record of decisions and actions. The public briefing lets visitors explore the workflow with illustrative data. Review work is stored in the browser by default; the core workflow does not depend on an external AI service.
