An enquiry platform for pest-control businesses, connecting a branded customer form with an operator inbox. Photos, postcode, pest details and urgency give the team a useful starting point for follow-up.
Pest-control enquiries often arrive as scattered messages with missing details. Before a team can assess the next step, it needs to understand the problem, the location and how to contact the customer. The product needed to make that first exchange more useful without adding another app for the customer to install.

What I designed and built.
I designed and built branded enquiry pages, a business-page preview and a structured customer form for photos, property details, pest type, urgency and contact preference. The operator inbox brings those details together with contact actions and recorded follow-up. Business access, enquiry storage and email-notification processing support the underlying workflow.

The public product includes an interactive example inbox, a business-page preview and a customer-form demo. PestNow is offered as a free pilot with managed business activation; the generic demo does not save or send a real enquiry. Operators remain responsible for assessing the job, agreeing a price and arranging any visit.
